- Make timely contributions (Personal Responsibility Amount and monthly shares).
- Use the program only for lawful purposes.
- Provide truthful information when submitting needs or communications.
4. Limitations of Liability
- Vieforte is not liable for any denial of sharing or unpaid medical expenses.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation.
- The total liability of Vieforte to you will not exceed the amount of contributions you have made in the last 12 months.
